To top off his list of accolades, Joe has won the prestigious Diamond Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021, the only residential RE/MAX agent in Rhode Island to win this coveted award. The Team was awarded the new pinnacle award in each of the last two years.
As Joe reached his personal achievements, he has also provided mentorship to a team of fourteen agents, all of which hold their own award status amongst the RE/MAX Network. In 2022, Fitzpatrick Team closed out over $100 million in sales. This groundbreaking growth landed FT the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island.
