Joe Fitzpatrick
After 25 years in the real estate industry, Joseph Fitzpatrick, or simply “Joe”, has personally reached substantial real estate heights, all while being a leader to the #1 Remax team in Rhode Island, the Fitzpatrick Team (FT*).
Well respected by his peers and colleagues, Joe was the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award and issued membership to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. In 2022 Joe was awarded the most prestigious award given out by RE/MAX, the Circle of Legends Award. To top off his list of accolades, Joe has won the prestigious Diamond Award in 2019, 2020, and 2021, the only residential RE/MAX agent in Rhode Island to win this coveted award. The Team was awarded the new pinnacle award in each of the last two years.
As Joe reached his personal achievements, he has also provided mentorship to a team of fourteen agents, all of which hold their own award status amongst the RE/MAX Network. In 2022, Fitzpatrick Team closed out over $100 million in sales. This groundbreaking growth landed FT the #1 RE/MAX Team in Rhode Island.
